کلید حرارتی زیمنس از محصولات زیمنس آلمان می باشد. کلید حرارتی را با نام های استارتر،کلید های محافظ موتور که در اصطلاح تخصصی به کلید های mpcb نیز معروف هستند هم شناخته می شوند. قطعه کلید حرارتی ( Siemens thermal switch ) زیمنس با پسوند ۳RV ( آخرین تیپ تولید شده کلید حرارتی توسط زیمنس می باشد.) هم شناخته می شوند. کلید حرارتی با کنترل مدار الکتروموتورها نقش محافظتی را اعمال می کند.
عملکرد کلید های حرارتی تقربیا شبیه بی متال می باشد اما قاعدتا تفاوت هایی را دارا می باشند.
