توضیحات
ساختار کلید حرارتی :
- دارای دکمه ای برای قطع و وصل یا کلید ۰-۱ می باشند (برای کنترل دستی)
- دارای درجه تنظیم جریان میباشد ( درجه آن را معمولاً ۱۰ درصد بیشتر از جریان نامی موتور تنظیم میکنند)
- دارای کلید تست. (برای تست سالم بودن کلید)
- دارای ۳ فاز قدرت است ورودی به برق و خروجی آن به موتو وصل می شود.
دو عملکرد محافظتی کلید حرارتی زیمنس:
عملکرد کلید های حرارتی تقربیا شبیه بی متال می باشد اما قاعدتا تفاوت هایی را دارا می باشند.
- محافظت از جریان اضافی بار
- اتصال کوتاه در سرراه الکتروموتورهای صنعتی (دیگر نیازی به کنتاکتور جهت فرمان دادن نخواهد بود. )
- ۲ قابلیت تنظیم دقیق آمپر در یک بازه
